Looking quite serious, the 30-year-old beauty toted her designer handbag while sporting a damp hairdo as she strolled into a local office building for the morning sitdown.
On the career front, Kim is currently focused on the launch of her jewelry range Belle Noel while also counting down the days to the premiere of her latest TV show.
Blogging about the new E! series, Miss Kardashian wrote, "I can?t believe there are only two weeks left until the premiere of Kourtney and Kim Take New York! Kourt and I can?t wait and we think you guys are going to love it!"
